Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Memryo ("we", "us", "our") provides a collaborative photo gallery service that lets event hosts and their guests upload, share, and print memories from celebrations. If you have questions about this policy or your data, you can contact us at hello@memryo.com.

2. Information we collect

We collect the following information when you use our service:

• Guest details: the name and email address you enter when joining an event gallery.
• Photos and videos: any media you upload to an event gallery, along with captions, tags, comments, and likes you add.
• Order details: your name, shipping address, and email when you purchase prints or products.
• Usage data: standard technical information such as device type and pages visited, used to keep the service running and improve it.

3. How we use your information

• To display your photos within the event gallery you joined.
• To send you a reminder to upload your photos if you haven't yet shared any after the event.
• To process and deliver any print or product orders you place.
• To operate, maintain, and improve the Memryo service.

4. Sharing your information

Photos you upload are visible to other guests of the same event and to the event host, according to the visibility settings you or the host choose. We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers who help us run Memryo (for example payment processing and file storage), and only as needed to provide the service.

5. Data retention

We keep your photos and guest details for as long as the event gallery is active, and for a reasonable period afterwards so hosts can manage and download their memories. You can ask us to delete your contributions at any time.

6. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the email above and we'll respond promptly.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in to an event gallery and remember your preferences. We do not use cookies to track you across other websites.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you within the app.
